Most Magento implementations have plenty of custom modules that hold their own data, how would we push that data through MageFlow?

The short answer is yes. The long answer is that there are two ways MageFlow will support custom entities:

  • We’re working with Magento Technology Partners to add MageFlow support to the most popular Magento extensions out there. This will take some time but eventually every Magento extension with custom data types should support MageFlow.
  • Also, developers can add MageFlow support to their extensions themselves. This is possible right now. It only requires the developer to add an XML file defining the resource and a MageFlow handler class to their extension. We’ll post a tutorial about this on our blog as soon as possible.
